KEKVibe represents laughing while vibing or enjoying something in a chill, relaxed manner. It combines the humor and laughter of the original KEK/KEKW emote with a sense of grooving or bobbing along to music or a good time. It's used to express that something is both funny and enjoyable, or when you're laughing while vibing with the stream's atmosphere.
Origin
KEKVibe is a variation of the popular 'KEK' emote series that originated from the Spanish comedian and actor Juan Joya Borja, also known as 'El Risitas' (The Giggles). The base emote comes from a 2007 Spanish television interview where Borja told a hilarious story while laughing contagiously. The 'KEK' part comes from World of Warcraft, where 'lol' typed by Horde players appears as 'kek' to Alliance players. The 'Vibe' suffix was added later to create this animated or vibing version, typically uploaded to BetterTTV or 7TV around 2020-2021 during the rise of 'vibe' emote variants.
