It's essentially the Pepe version of the 'thinking' emoji but with more Twitch culture context.

Modge is a variant of the popular Pepe the Frog meme that depicts the character in a contemplative, thinking pose similar to Rodin's 'The Thinker' sculpture. The emote shows Pepe sitting hunched over with his hand on his chin in a pondering position, rendered in a green color scheme. This specific variant became popular on Twitch and was added to various third-party emote platforms like BetterTTV, FrankerFaceZ, and 7TV in the late 2010s.
