Influencer Relations Internship (Groningen) English
Location: Groningen, Netherlands Hours: Full-Time
Build and grow partnerships with content creators and companies in the streaming space, driving UGC collaborations across markets and languages.
About the role
We're looking for an ambitious, self-driven intern to help us build and manage relationships with content creators and companies in the streaming space. This is a hybrid role sitting between marketing and commercial: you'll be reaching out, negotiating, and collaborating with partners across different sizes and languages.
If you love the creator economy, know your way around Twitch and YouTube, and aren't afraid to slide into a DM — this one's for you.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to relevant creators (small to large) across platforms
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators throughout UGC campaigns
- Negotiate content deals and deliverables in line with our budgets and goals
- Brief creators on brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Explore and develop partnerships with other companies in the streaming space
- Track campaign performance and report on results
- Use AI tools to help scale and streamline your workflows (research, outreach drafts, reporting, etc.)
What we're looking for
- You're currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or something adjacent
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills — in English, and ideally one or more additional languages
- You're comfortable negotiating and know how to find a win-win
- You're creative and can give feedback on content ideas
- You're proactive and can manage your own workload without being micromanaged
- You're familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) and use them smartly
- You have a genuine interest in the creator/streaming space
Nice to have
- Experience working with or as a content creator
- Existing network in the creator space
- Experience with influencer platforms or outreach tools
