Step 1: Make sure you have an Instagram Business Account
Before connecting your Instagram account to StreamLadder, make sure that your Instagram account is set up as a Professional Account (Business/Creator), and that it is linked to a Facebook Page. If you haven't done this yet, follow these guides:

Step 2: Connect Instagram to StreamLadder
To publish your video from StreamLadder to Instagram, you need to connect your Instagram account to StreamLadder first.
- Log in to StreamLadder. You can log in with your Google or Twitch account.
- Click on your name in the bottom-right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- Go to Connect New Account.
- Click on the Connect Instagram button.
- You need to give StreamLadder permission to Instagram (through Meta) in order to make the connection.
- When permission has been granted, a new login screen appears.
- Your Instagram account is now connected to your StreamLadder account 🫶

Can I connect my Instagram profile without having it connected to a Facebook page?
Unfortunately, no. You can connect your Instagram profile to StreamLadder and publish directly to it only if it’s connected to a Facebook business page. This is a requirement from Meta/FB API.
Can I connect the Personal/Creator account to StreamLadder?
You can connect only Professional (Business/Creator) IG accounts to StreamLadder if they are Professional accounts. There’s no API supporting connecting or direct publishing to the Personal types of accounts.
